If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

MyEzyInvois provides an e-invoicing platform that allows users to create, manage, and submit invoices in compliance with Malaysia's MyInvois framework. Our service interfaces with LHDN's e-invoicing system to facilitate the creation and submission of compliant invoices.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when creating invoices
• Maintaining the security of their account credentials
• Obtaining valid LHDN API credentials when required
• Complying with all applicable tax laws and regulations
• Ensuring invoices contain all required information per MyInvois standards

4. Intellectual Property

The MyEzyInvois platform, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by MyEzyInvois and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Data Privacy and Security

MyEzyInvois takes data privacy seriously. We implement appropriate security measures to protect user data and comply with applicable data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Limitation of Liability

MyEzyInvois shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. This includes but is not limited to loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, or data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but MyEzyInvois may be occasionally unavailable due to maintenance, system issues, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from such unavailability.
